It was a simple illustration. A $20 bill that was crisp and clean, and worth $20. Then I took it and crumpled it up and wrinkled it. Stuck it in some dirt from one of the flowers on the stage and dipped it in some coffee. Now the $20 bill was all wrinkled, wet, and dirty. But it was still worth $20. It didn't lose it's value.
It doesn't matter how much sin we are involved in, or how dirty we have gotten from doing wrong things...or how badly we are drowning in life's challenges! Regardless of how badly you may have done with the life God has given you....you have never lost your value in God's Eyes. That's God's love...no matter what you do or where you've been...God still loves you.
This week as you go about your daily schedule, remember that you have a Heavenly Father that knows your true value and was willing and ready to die for you.
